Explore the group reformer class options below. These classes are held in our fully equipped Pilates studio on Peak Pilates reformers.
REFORMER STRENGTHEN + TONE
A contemporary equipment class for all reformer levels with a focus on building a longer, leaner, and stronger body. Expect to work hard and break a sweat, mixing up your reformer practice with a variety of props!
REFORMER CARDIO FLOW
This all levels class utilizes the jumpboard to keep your heartrate elevated helping you to burn more calories during your reformer workout. The jumpboard allows you to experience an aerobic execise without stressing your joints. Leave feeling energized and ready to take on whatever is next.
REFORMER FLOW 2
Fast paced intermediate class, focusing on precision, control, and introducing more advanced exercises.
Our signature yoga classes are carefully designed to be relevant, meaningful, and to meet your needs for strengthening, mobility, balancing, and flexibility. They will leave you feeling happy, content, and relaxed.
YOGA FOR BACK CARE
This gentle yoga class addresses common back ailments by emphasizing movement of the spine in all ranges of motion, stretching areas of the back where tension is typically held, and gently building stability in the core.
SLOW + STEADY FLOW
This yoga class will open and challenge your body and mind through the combination of slow and steady flow and stillness, accessing the deep benefits of the poses while focusing on meditative movement.
CORE STRENGTH + BALANCE
This all levels yoga class combines traditional yoga series and pilates mat exercises, focusing on flowing movements that will deepen your connection with your core and release tension in the low back. Will help to balance the body, mind, and soul, leaving you feeling empowered and energized.
STRONG + CENTERED FLOW
This traditional power yoga class is a fast paced vinyasa flow class designed to move your whole body, increase strength and flexibility, and challenge you mentally and physically. Class is for all levels, but challenging poses and variations will be introduced, as well as modifications. Class is offered both heated and unheated.
STRETCH + RESTORE
A gentle yet effective class, designed to target the deep tissues of your body and promote easier movement in the joints. Guided breathing will lead you to a deeper sense of mind-body connection. Perfect for those looking for a slower, more meditative practice.
These mat based classes are held in the Mat Studio, and are designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone. They are included in all Mat Memberships and Mat Packages.
Our signature barre class is carefully planned to strengthen and tone your whole body from head to toe, in a low impact, yet challenging way. Set to music with a fun beat, barre takes the best parts of yoga, pilates, and ballet and combines them into an effective workout that leaves you feeling longer, leaner and happier.
Our signature High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines the our focus on strength and mobility with an emphasis on low impact, so your body will change safely and quickly.
NEW TO OUR STUDIO?
Is this your first time practicing reformer, yoga, barre, mat pilates, or HIIT or maybe this is your first time back in a studio? No problem, all of our classes are open levels and are designed in a way for everyone to follow along and receive the many benefits of our classes, regardless or your age or fitness level.
We offer a selection of specialty courses, designed with a particular focus or intention, or for a specific group of individuals. Typically these are offered on an ongoing basis, and you commit to the entire course in order to better meet your goals.
4 WEEK SERIES
This series focuses on yoga for pregnancy, birth, and the first few postpartum weeks. Open to expectant moms from conception to brith. Lead by certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher and mom of 4, Katie Karel.
INTRO TO REFORMER:
4 WEEK COURSE
This 4 week intro class will focus on core strengthening, releasing low back tension, and improving posture. Participants will be introduced to and taught to use the classical Pilates reformer to prepare to join beginner group reformer classes.
4 WEEK SERIES
This 4 class series will give you an introduction to yoga asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga philosophy. The intention of this class is to help you develop a safe and confident yoga practice, while providing you with tools and techniques to incorporate yoga into your daily life.
