HAPPY HIPS WORKSHOP
SUNDAY, JUNE 6
This 90 minute workshop will focus on opening and balancing the hips and pelvis with fun and creative yoga sequences, set to cheerful music that will leave you and your hips happy! Suitable for all levels of yoga experience :).
SOUND MEDITATION + HIP OPENING WORKSHOP
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 26
This workshop will focus on both physical and energetic opening of the hips, pelvis and lower back. The yoga practice will be accompanied by the energetic release of Tibetan Singing Bowls, tuned to vibrate and heal the lower three chakras.
OUTDOOR YOGA + GARDENING WORKSHOP
SUNDAY, MAY 16
Enjoy an afternoon of outdoor yoga + gardening with Lindsay and Dana! Enjoy a refreshing outdoor yoga class followed by a gardening workshop. You'll leave with a freshly potted plant for you to enjoy!

DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE: ADVANCES POSES + SEQUENCING
FRIDAY, AUGUST 6
Part 1 of this workshop will be spent learning and practicing advanced poses. Part 2 of this workshop will be spent creative sequencing for Advanced Postures (Peak Poses) in partners and presenting class sequences to the group, in order to leave with a sequence specifically advanced poses.

NEW TO OUR STUDIO?
Is this your first time practicing reformer, yoga, barre, mat pilates, or HIIT or maybe this is your first time back in a studio? No problem, all of our classes are open levels and are designed in a way for everyone to follow along and receive the many benefits of our classes, regardless or your age or fitness level.
We offer a selection of specialty courses, designed with a particular focus or intention, or for a specific group of individuals. Typically these are offered on an ongoing basis, and you commit to the entire course in order to better meet your goals.
4 WEEK SERIES
This series focuses on yoga for pregnancy, birth, and the first few postpartum weeks. Open to expectant moms from conception to brith. Lead by certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher and mom of 4, Katie Karel.
INTRO TO REFORMER:
4 WEEK COURSE
This 4 week intro class will focus on core strengthening, releasing low back tension, and improving posture. Participants will be introduced to and taught to use the classical Pilates reformer to prepare to join beginner group reformer classes.
4 WEEK SERIES
This 4 class series will give you an introduction to yoga asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga philosophy. The intention of this class is to help you develop a safe and confident yoga practice, while providing you with tools and techniques to incorporate yoga into your daily life.
2021 SUMMER OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULE
Book your preferred classes as early as possible! Please feel free to join more than one, especially if you are curious about all the classes we offer! Please pay attention to your preferred times when you navigate to the booking app, since the schedule doesn't show the specific type of class, just "yoga or "barre".
Outdoor classes will be held in the parking lot behind the studio. It is the north side of the building, so there is plenty of shade. Bring an extra mat for padding!
