Class Attendance Policies
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your class at least 24 hours before start time, or you will forfeit the class. If you no-show, you will forfeit the class, and you may be subject to a no-show fee on your credit card up to the price of the drop in rate for the class you missed. Repeated no-shows may result in cancellation of your EYP Membership.
Class Tardies
We will start on time! We will close the class when class starts. Please be on time out of respect for your teachers and fellow EYP Members.
Waitlist Policy
We work hard to minimize waitlists by actively monitoring our membership levels. If you add yourself to a waitlist, you will be notified via text and email if you are promoted from the waitlist into the class. You must remove yourself from the waitlist if you are unable to attend class; otherwise you will be subject to the 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.
Class Booking Policy
On the EYP App, you can book classes up to 3 weeks in advance during your active payment period. To book classes during your next payment period, you need to request assistance from a Studio Assistant at the studio, or send a request via our online form.
EYP Membership Terms + Conditions
Membership Cancellation Policy
30 Day Notice is Required to Cancel. We require a 30 Day Notice for Cancellation of Membership to the studio, which is a very common practice in the fitness industry. We have a special reason for this policy, and it is to protect our small group class sizes in order for you to get the most out of your time with us. Without it, we would have to have much bigger class sizes, and you would lose many of the benefits of practicing with us. However, if you decide to leave, you need to give us a 30 Day Notice to Cancel. All changes and cancellations to all EYP Memberships require 30 Days Notice To Cancel in writing, by submitting the EYP Membership Changes/Cancellation Request Form. This Cancellation Policy is included in all Membership Terms and Conditions, and is agreed to in your signed contract. We plan our class schedules based on our membership levels, so we need to either adjust our schedule or open up membership availability for new members to join the studio. We are a small business, and most of our teachers work only for us - so there are many people depending on the stability of our business. This policy is included in all membership contracts.
EYP Mat Class Membership Terms + Conditions
These are the membership terms and conditions that every EYP Member agrees to upon purchasing an EYP Mat Class Membership. Terms of the Contract are signed electronically in Mindbody upon purchase, and copies of this agreement can be found in your Mindbody account. EYP Mat Membership Agreement Endeavor Yoga + Pilates Terms EYP Mat Memberships will auto renew every month on the same day of each month (payment period start date). -I agree to allow Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates to bill my credit card on file each month unless I request cancellation in writing via the EYP Membership Cancellation Form on the EYP Member Website 30 days prior to the cancellation effective date. EYP Memberships allow our Members to access up to twelve (12) classes per month (based on my payment period start date). - I agree that I will attend between 1-12 classes per month. - I understand that no prorations, refunds, or rollovers for classes I don’t utilize each month will be issued. - I understand that if I wish to take more than 12 classes in one payment period, I can purchase a Single Class Pass for 50% off. EYP Membership vs. EYP Mat Membership - I understand that the EYP Membership includes reformer and mat classes. - I understand that the EYP Mat membership includes mat classes. Studios - I understand that I can utilize my membership at any EYP Studio Location. Waitlist Policy - I understand that I will be notified via text and email if I am promoted from the waitlist into the class, and that I have 2 hours to cancel. - I agree to remove myself from the waitlist if I am unable to attend class. Tardies Please let the Studio know if you think you will be late to class. In most cases, we will close the class 5 minutes after class starts, however we may make exceptions depending on class size. We will, however, start on time! In some cases, we may offer you a rescheduled class time. EYP Core Values The EYP Core Values are an integral part of the EYP Studio. We want to create a culture of engagement, enhancement, and empowerment, and therefore we ask all of our Members and Studio Team Members to follow the EYP Core Values in all interactions they have in the EYP Studio. By signing below, I agree to adhere to the Terms of the EYP Membership, the Studio Policies, and the EYP Core Values.

Refund Policy
No refunds under any circumstances will be issued, unless it is determined that it is an error was made by a representative of Endeavor Yoga + Pilates.
Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability
Our Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability is signed by every person prior to entering or studios during the account creation process in Mindbody. For your reference, here is the text of the Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability: "Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability NOTICE: PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING AND ACCEPTING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU AGREE TO LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, AND THOSE OF YOUR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, AND GUARDIANS, UNDER THE LAW. This Waiver replaces any prior Waivers between you and Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates. The mission of Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates is to share knowledge of yoga, barre and pilates and related activities (the “Activities”) to promote exercise and the overall good health and wellness of our members.. The Activities include in-person studio group classes, private sessions, workshops, courses, events, teacher trainings, and classes or other services offered via streaming service or online. I understand that participation in the Activities poses risks which can result in serious bodily harm and injuries that could change my quality of life and, in very rare and extreme circumstances, may even result in death. I understand that equipment may be used in the Activities, and that is my responsibility to use the equipment safely. I also agree not to use the equipment in the studio without supervision or instruction from an EYP Yoga, Barre or Pilates Teacher. I am qualified, in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in the Activities. I understand that I must judge my own capabilities with respect to practicing yoga, barre and Pilates and will only participate in the appropriate level of classes that are within my limits and capabilities. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to confirm that there is no medical or other reason preventing me from participating. If I am pregnant, I shall only participate after I have discussed the potential risks with my doctor. I shall follow my doctor’s advice and instructions about whether and to what extent I can participate in the Activities. I (and on behalf of my spouse/partner, heirs, and guardians) release Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates, and each of their current and former principals, instructors, partners, officers, directors, employees, insurers, agents and representatives and the owners/lessors of the premises wherein the Activities take place from any and all liability and claims for damages arising out of, relating to and/or by reason of my voluntary decision to participate in the Activities, including the use of any equipment or the facilities. If I believe any conditions are unsafe, or if I experience any pain, discomfort, or injury in connection with the Activities, I agree to notify the instructor immediately, to discontinue participation in the Activities, and to seek medical attention promptly. I further agree that I (and on behalf of my spouse/partner, heirs, guardians and legal representatives) will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates for injury or damage resulting from the negligence, misconduct or other acts or omissions, howsoever caused, by any employee, agent, or contractor of Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates. I agree to abide by the policies and procedures of Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates. Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates reserves the right to deny or restrict an individual’s participation in the Activities for any reason whatsoever, including failure to abide by the terms herein. I understand and agree that governmental order or public health crisis may result in suspension of in-person classes for an indefinite period of time; but that my membership will continue as previously agreed. I agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or by clicking “I Agree”. By signing below, I agree that I have read this Waiver and fully understand its contents and voluntarily agree to be bound to all of its terms. Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT I hereby grand and authorize Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates the right to edit, alter, copy, and make use of all photos or videos taken of me to be used in and/or for promotional materials without payment or consideration. This grant of use includes but is not limited to publishing on Internet and emails, magazines, pamphlets, advertisement fliers, social media, and in whatever other manner the business finds useful or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photos. I hereby release rights to all claims, demands, and causes to action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other personals acting on my behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I can revoke this Photo Release Agreement by submitting a request in writing to info@endeavorpilates.com. EYP Core Values Agreement The EYP Core Values are an integral part of the EYP Studio. We want to create a culture of engagement, enhancement, and empowerment, and therefore we ask all of our Members and Studio Team Members to follow the EYP Core Values in all interactions they have in the EYP Studio. Be Kind Do no harm. Always take the action that is right for others, without inflicting harm on yourself, or your EYP Studio community. Be Honest Be straightforward and honest in every interaction you have in the EYP Studio community. Be Generous Practice generosity in your words and actions towards yourself and others at all times. Be Respectful Treat others the way you want to be treated in every interaction you have in our studios. Treat our shared equipment like it belongs to you. Be on time to classes and sessions. Be Present Be fully present in your body, mind and soul while you are in the studio. Allow your time in the studio to be focused on the here and now. Be Balanced Balance is a journey, not a destination. Balance your practice and your work with your other endeavors. Be Accepting Meet others where they are, and be accepting of who they are. Meet yourself where you are, and be accepting of yourself. Be Committed We are committed to helping you in every way possible on your endeavors, so commit to your practice, to your experience at our studio, and to each other. Be a Student of your Own Experience Take time to study your body, your movements, and your progress. Remember where you havebeen, study where you are, and work towards where you want to be. Photo/Video Release
Our Photo/Video Release Waiver is included in our Liability Waiver, which everyone signs in order to create an account in Mindbody. Here is our policy: "Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT I hereby grant and authorize Chattahoochee Yoga, LLC dba Endeavor Yoga + Pilates the right to edit, alter, copy, and make use of all photos or videos taken of me to be used in and/or for promotional materials without payment or consideration. This grant of use includes but is not limited to publishing on Internet and emails, magazines, pamphlets, advertisement fliers, social media, and in whatever other manner the business finds useful or for any other lawful purpose.
