FREE 30 MINUTE PILATES SESSION
This free intro session will focus on core strengthening, releasing low back tension, and improving posture. During the session, you will be introduced to the Pilates method and the equipment used in our studio. You and your teacher will develop a plan to move forward in your Pilates practice according to your personal goals.
PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS
As you progress in your pilates practice, you may find you want one on one attention with a pilates teacher to help you reach your goals. We offer 55 minute private sessions utilizing all of our apparatus, including the reformer, tower, barrels and chair. These sessions are entirely customized to your body, your needs and your goals and can help you deepen your practice, overcome injuries, and learn better technique. Some people choose to do only private sessions, and some choose to add private sessions to their group class schedule on an ongoing basis.
