start with a personalized Iintro session

Your first step at Endeavor Pilates Suwanee is a 50-minute Intro Session.

During this visit, you’ll work 1:1 with a certified  Pilates instructor who will:
  • Learn about your goals

  • Assess your alignment + movement patterns

  • Introduce key exercises and equipment

  • Recommend the right small group or private training path

A $45 deposit is required to reserve your intro session.
This amount applies directly to your first purchase (membership, package, or private session).

At Endeavor Pilates Suwanee, we teach Pilates using the complete system: Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chairs, Barrels, and Mat. Our programming is structured, progressive, and adaptable to every body.​

 

We offer three types of sessions: Private Sessions, Duets, and Small Groups, in addition to Ashtanga Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Barre Fitness classes. 

Private Sessions (1:1)

Experience fully personalized Pilates training tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Our certified instructors guide you through classical Pilates exercises on all apparatus, ensuring precise form, faster progress, and measurable results. Perfect for beginners, returning clients, or anyone seeking focused attention.

  • 1 Session: $95

  • 4 Sessions: $​ 360

  • 8 Sessions: 680

Duet Sessions (2:1)

A personalized 55-minute session for two clients working side-by-side with a certified instructor. You’ll receive individualized coaching while moving through the traditional Pilates repertoire on the Reformer, Tower, and other apparatus. Perfect for partners or friends who want a semi-private experience with attentive instruction and shared motivation.

  • 1 Session: $60

  • 4 Sessions: $​220

  • 8 Sessions: $420

Small Groups (3-4 Clients)

A small, focused training environment following the traditional Pilates method. With a maximum of four clients, you’ll enjoy expert coaching, individualized adjustments, and true progression-based Pilates that builds strength, alignment, and control. Ideal for clients who want personal attention without the cost of privates.

  • 1 Session: $40

  • 4 Sessions: $​140

  • 8 Sessions: $256

  • 12 Sessions: $360

Mat Classes (6-8 Clients)

We now offer a select schedule of Ashtanga Yoga, Barre, and Mat Pilates classes at the Suwanee studio. These classes are a great supplement to your Pilates training and offer additional strength, mobility, and mindfulness options within the same space.

  • 8 Sessions: $160

Membership

Membership options are available after your intro session.
Your instructor will help you choose the most effective structure for your goals. Custom memberships can be built based on your individual plan, interests, and needs.

  • Small Group Pilates Membership - $240/month

  • Mat Membership - $160/month

  • All Memberships renew on the 1st of the month and require 30 day notice for changes/cancellation.

Classical Pilates is the original method taught by Joseph Pilates, focusing on precise, progressive exercises using Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, and Mat. At Suwanee, we teach Pilates in small groups or private sessions for maximum results, following the principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration Control, Coordination, Flow, and Precision.

Do I need experience to join Suwanee Pilates classes?

No prior experience is required. Every new client starts with a 50-minute Intro Pilates Session to assess your body, teach fundamentals, and place you in the right small group or private program.

What happens in a Suwanee Intro Pilates Session?

During your private intro session, a certified instructor evaluates your alignment, strength, and mobility, introduces classical Pilates exercises, and recommends the best class plan for you. A $45 deposit holds your appointment and applies to your first package.

How do small group Pilates classes at Suwanee work?

Small groups are limited to 4 clients per class to ensure individualized attention. Classes include reformer work, apparatus training, and mat exercises to build strength, flexibility, and control. 

Can I take private Pilates sessions at Suwanee?
